The staff were really friendly and could not have been more helpful.
We were also allowed the get breakfast which after travelling all night was much needed.
The old town was an easy 5 minutes stroll.

I stayed at The Kopala recently and would highly recommend it. The service was excellent. We had a triple room booked and arrived early morning and we given our room straight away. We were also allowed the get breakfast which after travelling all night was much needed. Its location was very good. The old town was an easy 5 minutes stroll. The staff were really friendly and could not have been more helpful. I intend to return to Georgia again and will definitely stay there again.

I was in the new Kopala when i thought i had booked the old one which had a better view of city but i had booked a twin room and amended it to a triple a few days before i arrived so this may be the reason i was in the new hotel. This would only a very quibble.
