I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The pool was the highlight - large, deep, and perfect for both kids and adults. The hotel's location on a hill provided stunning views, and the nearby beach was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked great. I also appreciated that it was included in the price.

    Nothing to be said.

The staff at the bar and restaurant were friendly and kind. The room was spacious with two balconies and a high-pressure shower. The hotel had a lovely Cretan show twice a week. The property had beautiful views and was well-maintained.

Felt extremely safe, nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in the hills of a beautiful coastal town. The location is perfect, with a short walk to the town and beach, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond in providing exceptional service, making you feel welcomed and valued throughout your stay. The rooms may be basic, but they are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning. The food is varied and delicious, ensuring you always find something to satisfy your taste buds.

The only improvement needed would be better drink options for all-inclusive guests.

Spent Christmas holiday here and it was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained with lovely pools. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants and bars in the area. The included breakfast buffet was tasty with enough variety to keep us happy. Plus, the hotel had Christmas decorations up which gave it a cozy and festive atmosphere. a great stay!

The all-inclusive drinks were a bit subpar, but we didn't mind too much since we mostly drank local beer and wine. , the beds were a bit hard for our taste, but that's a personal preference.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk down the hill to the main shopping strip of the town. Although the hotel is not near any good beaches, it offers easy access to the shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and the staff provides friendly and attentive service. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel also has a nice pool area with plenty of loungers and a kiddy pool.

The shop onsite doesn't offer a wide variety of items, and there are limited options for snacks, especially in the afternoon.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its stunning location nestled into the mountain side. Despite the hilly terrain, the breathtaking views make it all worth it. Additionally, the staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms may be basic, but they provide all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and TV. Finally, I must mention the delicious breakfast served here, offering a variety of tasty options to start your day off right.

No improvement needed, everything was great.

We had a lovely new year's holiday at this hotel. Two things we particularly enjoyed were the friendly staff and the clean rooms. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. we had a very relaxing stay.

The food quality was quite poor, particularly for an all inclusive package. there was limited entertainment available in the evenings.

Excellent views, friendly staff, fantastic barman, spacious room, great pool, convenient location.

    Nothing at all.

Had an amazing New Year break! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay extra special. The hotel had recently been refurbished and our room had a stunning view. The location was great, with a bit of a walk but nothing too strenuous. Plus, the food was delicious, with a good variety to suit different tastes.

Not having water in the room upon arrival, especially since it was late and no shops were open. , there wasn't entertainment every night, but we understood that it was the start of the season.
