            Staff, location are all excellent and the hotel is set in gorgeous valley surrounded by rice paddies. Rooms have an amazing interior and service is good. Perfect bathroom size etc. the bed could be the most comfortable bed in Bali.

            Good location in ubud and the spa next to the river was perfect. The hotel was excellent quality and staff were awesome. The suite was beautiful, clean towels were always there and food was delicious whether was breakfast. The pool was also amazing.

            Position and service were excellent, the place seemed popular for honeymooners, and we felt like being on a second honeymoon, staff were very friendly attentive. Our room was fantastic and the breakfast choice was incredible.

            Balcony were beautiful and the view breathtaking, this hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff were very nice, cleanliness and design of rooms and facilities throughout were excellent, complementary tea in the afternoon was more than good. The pool was never crowded.

            The location is great as is close enough to the main city of ubud and the Komaneka Bisma I one of the best hotels I have been to. Staff and facilities are wonderful, room is beautiful.
