As Jamaicans returning home, we didn't wanted our privacy (opting not to stay with relatives), conveineice of a central location, and something that met our 'spoiled' American standards.

There is a taxi driver called shaggy (Movie Star) whom should be avoided as he charged me $1500 (JD) to go to Constant Springs shopping mall (5 mins) and wait whilst I went into shop to collect goods.

Top of the list was a 'resident' taxi driver who called himself "Shaggy" who charged me?

It is older, mustier room, SMALL double bed.

We stayed in one of the 2-bedroom townhouses which had a full kitchen, living room, private courtyard, and most important, televisions with cable for the children in practically every room!

On my last visit in April, I was once again suprised to see the number of changes, the room that I stayed in was recently refurbished (new tiles), wireless internet in the (lobby only), high speed internet in rooms, a new gym.

The biggest problem is that they don't have elevators (hotel has 3 floors) and the beds in some of the rooms are very hard with flat pillows.

I did not have a problem with the bed, but I hated the pillows (they were flat at most places we stayed at Jamaica - except the private villas (nice and big)).

Clean city in the US, the bar/pool/restaurant area has a very nice decor and the staff was friendly and courteous.

The hotel has a beautiful setting, the lobby is pleasing to the eye and the bar/pool/restaurant area has a very nice decor.

The room I choose has marble floors, a nice balcony, cable tv, they have great food and room service, a nice restaurant/bar, and a beautiful crystal clear pool.

Had to wait a long time for breakfast in the Melting Pot restaurant.

Keyshawn a hotel employee is the best, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, room service is excellent.

The lobby or pool area was never crowded, quiet place.

We spent many days at the pool, listening to music, swimming and catching some sun.

We did not see any drug dealers or prostitutes and the pool beckoned only one lady on a regular basis and she seemed like an average foreign tourist.

If you're going to charge, surely you can afford to install wireless throughout the hotel.

The rooms are clean, the continental breakfast is not much so I have ordered an omelet and a spa would be nice.

This hotel was surprisingly a good stay, the staff was friendly and helpful, my room was otherwise clean.

Nice hotels are few, the staff are very competent and the room is clean.

The rooms are clean, the restaurant is fine and the conference facilities are good.
