  Staff very helpful and the location was excellent, for the price I paid £65 amazing value, on the otherhand the bathroom was big.

  The lady on reception was rude and very unhelpful, the mattress was old, dirty and cheap.

  Horrendous experience, stay well away, pleasant staff and great big fluffy towel and premium bath products. Lots of teas, snacks etc_ all complimentary.

  Bad internet in lobby, scary elevator and not a good choice.
