We truly enjoyed rooms for my needs. The staff were knowledgeable and excellent, gave us great tips. Location: the hotel was right by restaurant, and bus transportation.

Unfriendly area.

I recently stayed at the Richland Inn And Suites for a hospital visit and found it to be conveniently located near the hospital and other food services. The staff was excellent and I received a discount for having a family member in the hospital. The room was clean and comfortable, with no bed bugs and the TV worked perfectly with the remote control. The staff and owner were always available to answer questions and resolve any issues. my stay was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

The position of the hotel was comfy, near everything. It was also really close to a 24 hour restaurant and Very close to the river walk. The booked room was clean and beautifully maintained for my needs.

Clean rooms for my needs and exceptional staff. Decent, favourable location in Richland, so close to shops as well as Close to hospital. For tea or coffee visit Spudnut Shop nearby.

Came in Richland to relax and have fun, this cheap hotel was right place for doing it. The venue's position was great, really close to restaurant and river and parks. A few times I ate at Denny's, located not too far from the hotel. Staff were exceptional, room was clean for my needs...

As for me, the area was unfriendly.
