  We liked the fact you park right outside your room, also in walking distance to a large supply of eating establishmnets and i rate this hotel as a 2 star and there are lucky i didnt put 1 star. House keeping is good, free breakfast is coffee and some donuts.

  Premises are very old, the pool is dirty and not heated.

  Resturants in walking distance and perkins is mmm mmm good, the location and the value are the only things that I liked, place needs a lot of upgrading in management as well as structural. The rooms have just been renovated.

  Near the main attractions in the area, great Hotel and i liked the price. The staff were nice, room was clean and the continental breakfast was essentially hard donuts and coffee.

  The location to disney and other local attraction was nice, this budget hotel was good on our pocket book. The staff were polite, the room was quiet and decorated very nicely.

  Continental breakfast was supposed to be part of the package and pool was great never a crowd at poolside.
