Location: the hotel was near downtown and campus as well as Memorial Stadium. The beds were extremely comfy and the room was huge and brand-new.

The beds where comfortable, rooms huge and large. The stuff was lovely and amicable all the time. The location was particularly good in the middle of jackson.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

I loved the hotel, its clean and gorgeous room and amicable staff. The setting of venue was great, in the middle of jackson. It was also not far from concert venue, the stores and Lincoln.

Room was clean and quiet. Not the newest place, could use some maintenance. But overall decent.

Unfamiliar with the area prior to booking.

We did not expect the Hilton when we booked this room, but we got more than what we were expecting. We got a better room than we asked for, and the Manager on Duty was extremely helpful and friendly. That alone set the atmosphere for the whole weekend. We met a lot of very nice and helpful locals over the course of the few days we were there. The room was clean and quiet, considering that it was right next to a very busy street.

There isn't anything that we didn't like about the room. The facility is an older one, and could use a touch-up here and there. If you want 5 star, then spend $250 a night and go to the Holliday Inn, stay on the 15th floor, and order room service.

The Staff was friendly and the room was a lot bigger than I thought for the price.

The Shower had water under the mat and it was like taking a shower on a water bed. The matresses on the beds were not very comfortable.

Suite with seperate living room with microwave, fridge, etc.

Floor extremely uneven, like walking on waves. Towels and bedding very dingy, looked very old. Made for a dirty feeling in the room. Got a room with 1 king instead of 2 queen as reserved.

Very spacious

The heat was not turned on in the room when we arrived, the room was very cold. We turned on the heat when we arrived. Slept with several layers of clothes. By early morning, the room finally got to a comfortable temperature. There was some kind of water leak. The carpet in front of the sink was so wet my socks got wet when I stood on it. I was hoping to keep my socks on my feet when I went to bed since it was so cold in the room. But because my socks were so wet, I had to take them off.

The room was reasonably priced and available at high-usage time of state basketball tournament time. Clean bathroom and shower. Liked the sink outside the shower room.

The room was cold upon arrival because no heat was turned on. We were in a suite and the bedroom was unheated. Had difficulty regulating heat for the bedroom without overheating the front room. Bed was poorly made up - wrinkled sheets, etc.
