This was a nice and excellant location not far from eastern Canada and the city centre and Fredericton airport and University campus. Furthermore, near the main highway.
The staff were not so good, didn't expect that coming.

The continental breakfast was a nice touch. Its location was incredible, close enough to ball field, and highway, grocery store, University, local attractions, nice trail by the river, beautiful neighbourhood.

Had excellent location in a private residence and newly decorated rooms. Got continental breakfasts with juice, muffins plus bagels. The staff were extremely friendly and outstandingly accommodating lot of the time.

The location was quiet - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. Truly enjoyed the way our queen room was arranged with the bedroom, gauzy curtain, for instance. The staff was amiable, decent, and responded promptly to requests.
