  The location is just 5 minutes drive from downtown Fredericton and the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

  Kinda scruffy for the price, as could book decent b& and no iCe machine available after the office closed at 11 pm.

  Immediately moved my room location closer to the office and well marked from a distance. Great stay great staff, good Price and tons of hot water. The fridge didn't work because needed the ice cleaned from and the manager there is very nice.

  Very quiet location and a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good Refrigerator. The breakfast was a great plus as well.

  A quiet location, good value for money and the front desk staff were nice. The bed was comfortable, the only breakfast available was coffee and cereal, the fresh fruit was great. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

  Norm the manager was friendly and helpful even offered a map of the city, this place was worth the money and the stay was very pleasant. The staff were nice and the room itself was very clean. Breakfast included very good coffee.

  Good value for money, friendly staff and cheap price for a satisfactory room. Clean fridge and microwave, as for the free breakfast of donuts coffee. Fresh local apples.

  Knows the area well and service provided by the manager/owner of this hotel was proactive. The staff were friendly and room was comfortable. The microwave was a big plus for us and towels were clean. Complimentry breakfast was adequate.
