        Golden Gate Bridge/North: take 101 South, exit on Lombard Street 1 mile to Van Ness Street, make right on Van Ness Street, go 3.2km to Grove Street, make left turn at first signal - Polk Street, make right turn onto 8th Street go 3 blocks, make a left on Folsom Street, another left on 7th Street and the hotel is located a half block on the left hand side of the street.

        San Francisco International Airport/San Jose International/South: 101 North to 80 East, stay in the right lane and the first downtown, exit is 7th Street, exit on 7th Street, make left turn and out hotel is located 1.5 blocks on left hand side of street.

        • Bed was comfortable - Cheap, great location - Iron didn't work - Check in was simple

        • Free parking, continental breakfast, nice tv - Room was clean and well-maintained - Horrible room service

          Great location and the hotel itself is well taken care of.

          Front desk people very rude and the room has amenities such as coffee maker and ironing board etc_ not expected at the price range. The towels and blanket are very dirty.

          The location is decent a couple of blocks to market st, bart and muni, light on the budget considering is Downtown S.

          Staff are slow and totally not helpful, the front desk did not let us check in due to the room is not ready 3pm.

          Quiet and very good location, free Parking places, the reasonable rates. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are also decently clean. The toilet didn't appear to have even been cleaned, breakfast is a big joke see customer complaints at front desk every day.

          Just a few blocks away from 7th st the neighbourhood is way better, ice Machine Broken and rude Indian clerk on duty.

          The location was great and this hotel was within the realm of affordable, and was reasonably central. The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was packaged Danishes and coffee and juice.

          Elevator was broken and the plastic mattress cover was quite uncomfortable. The towels were dirty, the receptionist was rude.

          A good location for me, very bad stay and just the price. Friendly staff, bed was comfortable.

          The ice machine was broken the whole duration, the pillows were well worn and flat, the curtains were stained and the T. The night manager was not very helpful.
