  The location was great and the best place we ate was Coco's. Another staff brought back within a few minutes, rooms were clean and the Jacuzzi we paid extra for had hair in and filth. All manager offered us was a free breakfast.

  I liked the location and just a few blocks from Casino. Great value for the money, good price and free parking and lovely walking distance to falls. The staff is friendly, the manager Sam is very nice to us and the rooms are very clean and bright and large.

  Location is perfect for most attractions, the hotel is located in a quiet area of Niagara Falls and the price is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, rooms are very tiny, breakfast in a morning is really energetic.

  All in all, great price and great location, nice place to stay. Good rates clean parking, extremely Friendly Staff and the shower pressure was and water temperatures were excellent.
