It happened to us (we booked a 1-room and a 3-room apartment): not familiar with their system, we check in stayed for 2-nights and to our surprise was informed that we have to pay for missing bath towel at time of check-out.

We were appalled on arrival to find that we had been allocated a 1 bedroom hotel room with no kitchen or lounge - just a bedroom with a small bathroom.

Stayed here for a week on a cheap timeshare rental in Nov 2007 in a very large 2 bedroom apartment.

This hotel apartment is perfect - reasonably priced (3 bedroom units for RM3++), fabulous location (down the lift and you can already start shopping), large swimming pool, reasonably priced self-service laundrette and courteous and helpful staffs.

I booked a two room "suite" (to think that im staying in a so called SUITE) @ RM405.

Helpful and friendly staff, internet usage charges were very high.

The timeshare staff here in Australia later advised that they were told that this was all there is - not true.

I complained to the checkin staff who advised that no-one would be able to assist me until Monday morning and that there was nothing they could do.

But still the staff made us write a report and we came away none the wiser.

Staff weren't very helpful or friendly and internet usage charges were very high (plenty of free signals downstairs if you have a laptop).

The stay was good and internet usage charges were very high.

The facilities are super from the swimming pool ,shopping mall and night out.

The room was not overly clean, the inroom safe had a low battery which made it useless and it took the staff nearly 2 days (and 4 requests) to replace it.
