This amazing hotel is located in Murray Hill, a calm residential area and is close to everything. The Asian-style rooms are simple in nature, with a great location. The service is great, and there's a traditional restaurant that serves traditional multi-course Japanese dinners. Fans of jazz music can hear it at the bar when they go to have a cocktail.

Room nice, food listening to some talented artists.

The hotel was great and the front desk staff were not very accommodating especially the management level staff. The bar was open very limited hours.

The proximity to grand central is a bonus as anything is accessible from there and kitano Hotel is a cosy hotel without too much fanfare. Service is very good, the chairs in the room and not traditional arm chairs and are not very comfortable.

Excellent location on park ave close to Broadway and the usual attractions, hotel room is large and clean, snotty doorman Guest service manager is very good. The beds are among the worst i have slept in anywhere.
