Given the cost of the hotel, it is good value for money.
All in all, hotel was much better than expected and good value for money.
So to sum up go with an open mind 4* superior in kos is not the same as in london or cancun but look at the other hotels in the area.
We were offered wristabands to use the hotels faccilities but cost us 60 euros a day to get there and back.
The location is beautiful: close to the beach and great views of a blue, blue Aegean.

After arriving by taxi from the airport we were well impressed and hotel was much better than expected.
The cab drivers are in a union and have to charge 30 (no more no less) to and from the airport.
Downside - rooms only average, bathroom in need of updating and air conditioning not strong enough for the family room we stayed in as 2 beds upstairs (heat rises and the a/c not strong enough to cope, so upstairs always warm).
We hade a family room with double bedroom, twin bedroom and sofa bed in living room area.
Bedrooms- Large rooms with one double and one single bed.
8am went to pool my daughter and i counted 311 beds with towels on them told we would have to get up between 4am and 6am if we wanted a bed by pool reception told us it was our job to take towels off.
There were plenty of sun beds and we were always able to get a bed.
Restaurants-Main restaurant- had breakfast here every morning.
The food in the Greek & Italian restaurants were better than the main Makedonia restaurant.
The "local" drinks leave a lot to be desired and service at the bar slow, but the food was good, hot, fresh and plentiful (except the Chinese Restaurant) , the hotel was clean and all in all it was a very successful holiday.
Pool bar gery is fantastic, the restaurants are well ran.
The food there is great, a massive selection (self service) for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so for 10 euros a day for all inclusive it is well worth it, just down get carried away and get a bit of holiday weight like me!
The reception staff were generally helpful but there was one very unhelpful and rude receptionist who treated us as if we were very inconvenient.
Again, we only later learned through the conference staff that Internet service WAS available, and all we had to do was purchase a card from the front desk.
On arrival we were greeted and taken to our rooms the reception staff were very helpful.
EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY and helpful reception staff.
AI drinks could be provided at any of the hotel bars, and the gym / sauna was hardly used.
Apart from above the Kipriotis Village consists of small two story complexes set in wonderful garden with 3 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool and an animation team that really take care of the kids.
The hotel has got everything you could want, and the pool is fantastic, especially the olympic one!
The rooms are very clean, quite large and comfortable.
Our room was spotless and or in the bar itself was spacious.
Rooms are basic but clean, food generally good and facilities very good - massive olympic pool, paddling pools, 5aside football, crazy golf, volleyball etc.
