The hotel is conveniently located, being very near the Kunming Railway station, making it easy to navigate the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast offers a variety of options to suit different tastes and preferences. Additionally, the hotel has facilities such as a fitness room and sauna, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

Some staff members had limited English proficiency, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with elegant decor. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Although we didn't request anything, they noticed our dry skin and left a humidifier in our room, ensuring our comfort. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was a couple of minutes walk from the train station and served as the final stop for the airport bus #2. We also appreciated the complimentary fruit and yogurt provided.

This hotel is quite close to the metro so makes it easy to get around especially to the excellent railway museum. Convenient for the railway station, 7 minutes walk.

The location was perfect, as it was situated in a busy shopping area with lots of good eating options within easy walking distance. The fact that it was in the higher tower made it much quieter than the busy road below, which enhanced our comfort and relaxation. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the friendly reception staff to the attentive chambermaids and doorman. We were impressed with the range of amenities available, including room service, shops, laundry facilities, and even an airport shuttle. The room itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided and the convenience of having an electric kettle in the room. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant offering a delicious continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area for relaxing in the evening.
