Facilities were comfortable, front desk service was good, breakfast is decent as far as Chinese hotels are concerned (maybe a 3-star standard). I was surprised that the breakfast had a few Western selections.
My room could have been cleaner, it was somewhat dusty, and the bathroom floors were not very clean - when I used a wipe to wipe the bathroom countertops, the wipe was dark grey. We ended up staying in a suite rather than family room - although we booked a family room, it was not available when we checked in. We were disappointed but the hotel staff was very willing to make up for it.

The staff was great. Solid English at the front desk. Television had several English language channels. Beds are fairly soft. Good pillows. Hallways were quiet at night. Cleaning staff was respectful of Do Not Disturb signs.
Lowest priced rooms are very small. Too small. The room smelled very musty. I think the reason for the musty smell is the design of the bath/shower. Awesome tub, but when you shower, the water easily spills over and under the tub. Don't know where this water drains. The internet is very inconsistent. I've stayed in dozens of Chinese hotels, and none were as bad as this hotel.

We had family room with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Rooms were ok, but the carpet would be more confortable. On the same street there are many shopping possibilities (Pearl City shopping center) and very nice restaurants.

Great value, convenient location
The hotel offered great value for money, with reasonable prices for the quality of the room. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby bars and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful.
While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were some cleanliness issues that were concerning. The carpets and bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were cigarette butts left in a non-smoking room.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The bed provided a great night's sleep, allowing me to fully rest and relax during my stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and other attractions. Having a range of shops and restaurants nearby made it convenient for me to explore and try different foods during my visit.
There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the language barrier was a significant challenge, as the staff were unable to speak English.
