  Comfortable seating area in bar and richmond Park is excellent. The hotel itself is fine and the staff are friendly warm. Room is spacious and clean, tea/coffee facilities helped me to work long hours.

  Location is good and menu is much improved since my last stay. Reception staff is very attentive and next to the dining room there is a nice wintergreen garden.

  Location was good, its vacinity to Richmond Park was excellent and the hotel was cosy, nice bar area. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the manager was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and meals were fine.

  Furnished good location for access to wimbeldon, the hotel was comfortably warm and the staff throughout are very helpful, fridge in the room, tea and coffee making facilities are important to us.

  Good location and just minutes from the lovely Richmond Park. Restaurant food was excellent quality and staff were great. The rooms were very hot and bar was gorgeous.

  Breakfast service on the first day was very poor and the choice was quite limited. The receptionist was inefficient and not particularly welcoming.

  Very convenient location for richmond park and ecological values. Great meeting venue fantastic service, friendly staff and the room needed a very good clean. Bar was in many cases unoccupied and breakfast was excellent by the way. The chef understood the requirements of a coeliac and was very accommodating.

  The reception area and lounge bar are all in the same room and we found all very cosy, good value for money and close to everything. Staff are really friendly, bedrooms are very comfortable.

  Reception area was bright and spacious, the greeting was warm and friendly professional, the hotel's location was excellent for us. The staff were very helpful and beds were comfortable. The food was very good.

  Great value and wonderful staff. Room very nice recently painted, a cosy bar and breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold items.
