  Other areas easy and very good value for money. Very pleasant staff, excellent customer service excellent room service excellent room cleaning and breakfast has also been improved.

  View of rose gardens lovely and service were good also. The shower worked well, tasty breakfast included in business Booked.

  The proximity to central Auckland and room too hot without the windows open and that lets in the road noise. The hotels location is one of its strong points being opposite the rose gardens and staff are very accommodating.

  Small tv lack of sky channels and towel rails are rusting away.

  Handy to city good value and pleasant atmosphere. Convenient for conference venue and excellent inet price. Staff friendly and helpful, comfortable bed, small fridge and tea/. The chef produced two fantastic fish dishes.
