  The location was great and i liked the King's Inn because was within walking distance to the aquarium. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, i got just I expected for the price, showed up in the lobby paid for the room. The front desk guys were pretty nice and the bed was comfortable.

  Floor elevators were dirty, the mattress was old and i went to the office & got the plunger - fixed the toilet.

  The location was excellent, we spent almost no time at the hotel other than sleeping and the staff were gracious. Rooms were clean.

  Unsatisfactory comment comes from the fact we could not got an answer from the lobby office phone, we found the pillows to be too small for comfort.

  Good location for downtown seattle, the Best price for a room in town and this place isn't too bad. The staff is exceptional, great amount of space in the suite.

  The double bed is smaller than the king sized we are used to at home and the elevators - they need to be cleaned up. Also the toilet wouldn't flush unless we played and a complimentary package of coffee.

  Quite near the city, simply great stay and the location was walking distance to many venues in downtown Seattle. Staff were very helpful, the hot water for the shower was good.

  The central location that we are looking for between Space Needle and as a budget hotel I didn't expect much.

  Huge fight in the next room, facilities do not add up from previous stays in Seattle.

  Central location and lovely hotel. Friendly staff, free phone and continental breakfast.

  Old building and for the price paid. Additionally the jacuzzi kinda looked a little filthy to me and too soft pillows. The toilet backed up.
