We had a great experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was very convenient, as we were able to visit the Forest of Stone Steles Museum and the nearest MRT station within central Xi'An with ease. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the free toiletries, electric kettle, television, and in-room computer. The hotel's facilities, such as Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, added to our overall comfort and satisfaction.
We wholeheartedly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is within walking distance of the city center and major attractions. The Chinese style breakfast served here is delicious, and the free water and fruit in the room every day were a nice touch. Despite the language barrier, the staff tried their best to communicate and assist, and the cleaning lady even went above and beyond by folding our clothes and leaving a thoughtful note. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Guests can quickly reach the metro station and central Xi'an. the hotel boasts beautiful and spacious rooms with comfortable beds, new water bottles, and a good view. The hotel had a spacious room with a lively street view, a wide and comfortable bed with plushy pillows and sheets. The modern European style of the room was impressive. The hotel provided daily refreshments and had a 24/7 security guard/doorman. The location was ideal, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to the city wall and metro.
Nothing could have been better.

During my thanksgiving, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, it was near to shops and restaurants. I also appreciated the fact that the room was spacious enough, with a comfortable bed and a good size bathroom. The cleaning staff was friendly and did an excellent job of maintaining their cleanliness standard.
The hotel was starting to show its age a bit and could do with some renovations. The wifi connection kept disconnecting, which was frustrating when trying to stay connected with family during the holiday.

During my Christmas stay, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. I was able to visit major historical places within walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeping staff who kept my room tidy and even left a sweet note to indicate that they had washed my socks. The local breakfast served by the hotel was simple but delicious.
The TV channels were limited, and the hotel felt slightly dated. Communication was difficult as most of the staff didn't speak English, which made it tough to get information.
