The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated and the soothing background music added to the welcoming atmosphere. The staff were alert and friendly, making communication easy. The hotel's location was central and convenient, with nearby access to the night market and a café strip. there were options for foreign food and coffee within walking distance.
The experience at the hotel was not without some challenges. The room was comfortable, but with difficult-to-use light switches.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, we felt welcomed. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a soothing ambiance, with comfortable sofas to relax on. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. the location was excellent, with easy access to the night market and cafes. We also found it convenient to exchange money at the hotel or walk to the nearby bank.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the room we were initially given was located above a noisy nightclub, making it difficult to sleep at night.
