The location was fantastic and the gardens and beach were lovely. This place was probrably nice in the 60's and 70's, the price was reasonable, the common areas including the lobby were clean and quiet. All staff were very pleasant, the employees at the desk were very helpful and internet free was a big plus.

Good location in Kona, beautiful Ocean side restaraunt & and this hotel is a great bargain in my opinion. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean, we frequented the ice machines as well. The free breakfast buffet is no longer free for guests and the pool is awesome.

The location was great and the restaurant has been kept in good shape and overlooks the beach. The hotel facilities were great, lovely pool, staff were excellent and the room was roomy and clean. The eggs were to much oil no flavor.

Location was great, quiet, hapuna beach was great and our room was clean and adequate for an economy hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the sheets/towels were in good condition and the bed/pillows comfortable. The restaurant was kind of run down and the food was just 'fair' for the price.

Nicely designed, good location, great waterfront tourists town and within walking distance of many sights. Very comfortable, modern decor, worth the price and the beautiful lobby is almost complete. The rooms are clean, the food, drink and staff there are wonderful as well.

Our partial ocean view was nice and the beach was very kid friendly, this hotel was a great choice for our family vacation to Hawaii. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean and food was good by pool and at restaurant.
