I broke the key to the entrance door by accident, and they have changed it free. Also we could leave our luggages for whole day after the checkout for 3€.

The room was very small. But it was OK since the hotel is very near to city centre and the price of the room was cheap.

Having read new reviews from this site after booking we were worried it would be awful but there were no bad surprises. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The breakfast range was limited but there was enough to fill up on and supplies were replenished by the friendly staff as they were used. There are three WiFi routers throughout the hotel, keeping signal strength good everywhere, simply ask at reception for the login details.

The room was small but for a city trip holiday spending most of your time out of the room, who cares. The neighbours were doing building works which, once permission is given by city hall, the hotel could do nothing about. However staff seemed to make an extra effort because of this.

The location was good for local restaurants and the beds were very comfortable

The room was too small, lacked tea making facilities, had to request member of dtaff to make the heating work and even then only one radiator was working, very dusty around furniture edges at floor level

Nice room with boiler for coffee and big windows. The Hotel is very good situated near Leidseplein .

Not so far from the city center. The room is little but comfortable.

Little room, if you want to pay with credit card you have to pay 6% more. It's a little bit expensive (but all the city is expensive).

The hotel is very well situated, but it doesn't really compensate the extremely filthy carpets an bad smell in the hotel. The photos in web pages are clearly photoshoped.

The staff at the hotel were incredible, very friendly, polite, helpfull. For sure it is the hotel's best asset. The location was superb Decent breakfast

The size of the room was decent for a single but the bed incredibly small, even for a single bed. The tv was positioned beside the bed, which made no sense and had no remote control. There were no mat in the bathroom or hand towel (but they were provided once I asked by a very friendly chap) The sofa at the reception and the carpet could do with some cleaning/updating as it is full of stains. The prices for Easter were incredibly high in my opinion for that kind of accomodation.

      the location is really good

They didn't change the sheets in the bed after the second night and eventhough I had requested, also they tried to charge us for leaving the suitcases on the day we were leaving, as our plane didn't leave until late in the evening, this is a service provided in all hotels around the world without extra charges.

      Location. Thats about it.

They charge for everything... To pay by credit card 6% more, to leave luggage 3 Euros per bag and so on. They allow check in only till 10:30 pm and even the breakfast ends at 9:30 on a weekend !!! They are just a money making hotel and the only reason people stay there is because of the locations.

The location is brilliant, only a tram ride from Central station. There is also a canal bus stop near by. Museums and markets are at hand and there's some good restaurants and pubs around.

The room was tiny. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was little room to sit other than on the bed. The hotel make up for any savings you make on accommodation by charging excessively for water and storing your bags.

The staff was very friendly, and the location is just superb. Free internet was good too. It is very comfortable if you like to be in the center, very close to Leidseplein.

The require additional 6% if you pay by credit card. They require 3 Euro per piece if you leave your baggage there for the day.

They have the most tiny/unconfortable single rooms I've ever seem and wanted me to pay the total amount of the stay on arrival...Furthermore, they ask guests to pay 20 euros as a deposit for the room keys!! Gonna never come back for sure.
