  The location is majestic and katt Springs is a child friendly hotel. The price is excellent and service is very bad. Rooms are comfortable and the food is good.

  Pointless drive from Dubai - absolutely no scenery and we had to walk a long distance uphill. They didn't have baby cot to give us not even extra pillows and maybe a little facelift would be beneficial[curtains carpets etc. The outdoor pool is at two-star level.

  Nice night view and the trips to ALhamra fort beach was wonderful. Hotel room was comfortable, rate was good and the staff were very accomodating we arrived back late from Khasab. The internet was fast and we were very pleased to have both the option of a buffet.

  Dinner buffeh was poor and receptionist was not helpful and unprofessional. The spa was understaffed - making difficult to make bookings for treatments.

  Quiet location and the obvious proximity to the hot springs. The hotel is beautiful and helpful staff are always a plus at Khatt Springs. Fantastic dinner on the balcony overlooking the desert and the food is good.

  Toilet door handle is broken, pool is very small.

  The Location is absolutely superb, the hotel is located only 20 minute drive away from new Iceland Waterpark and the staff is helpful. The hot water swimming pool is very nice and the restaurant was reasonable considering there is nowhere else locally to eat.

  Location was very great, money l paid resenable for the stay and we got at a very good price. The staff were friendly and i took balconey room was very bad no fridge items mini bar small bathroom no more towwels bad water dosh. Dinner buffet was nice and i liked the fact that the lift went from each floor directly to the candle lit spa in the basement.

  The location is extremly good and the hotel is fine. Staff is very helpful and brake fast buffet. The private swimming pool for ladies is supurb for arab families.

  Room service is alittle slow and the usual noise from children in the spa facilities is a no.

  Gives a fantastic view of Ras Al Khaimah, stuff friendly and we had a very cheap midweek rate. Additionally the staff was courteous, the room was perfect and they also were prepared for us to have an early breakfast. All facilities were good.

  The View from there is great, hotel all in all is acceptable and the service is quit nice.

  Telephone system is old and noisy, all the buffets are so poor. Swimming pool is little small.

  Beautiful view and very comfotable hotel at a great price. The weekday rate was excellent, so staff were very quick to attend to any requests and the room toilets were big. Good breakfast included and its was nice to enjoy the Spring spa.

  Khasab is in a great location and best hotel i have ever visited so far.

  The staff are very unprofessional and the food is just dumped without any supplements or accessories - this extends to the room bathrooms are not clean. The swimming pool is pretty small.
