  We checked in on October 5, first of all you have to pay for the room before you look at it! We paid for the room, recieved the room key, and then everything went wrong. The bathroom had rings around the tub, the shower wall was dirt along with the rim of the tub, and the floors. He came with two towels and brush to clean the tub. There were spiders in the bed along with hair (also on towels). The air conditioner went out in the room, the next day and the manager said that he couldnt give a discount or anything. The rooms had odors, remotes didn't work, coffee markers were dirty, toliets had water stains.

  We called the front desk, they send the manager to check it out. If we left the hotel, we would be forced to pay a cancelation fee and the price for the room. When we checked out the manager rushed us off.

  When I made my reservation, the lady told me that the hotel was about two miles away from the Casinos. The service at this place is absolutely horrible. We originally had a reservation for two nights, but our plans changed and we could only stay for one night.
