  All in all a very nice place to stay and the service was friendly and unobtrusive, the property sparkling. Our room was very clean , our bed comfortable, and the furnishings beautiful.

  All in all we liked this hotel and the staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was heated to about 80 degrees and the hot tub was very warm.

  Liked the small fridge in the room, fabulous restaurant and our dinner, beautiful caesar salad, apt. Lots of good seafood and good conch dishes, very nice pool.

  Different restaurants for dinner, great choice for Upper Keys.

  Service was therefore very inconsistent and rooms were dated.

  Great room views, nice setting and not a lazy staff member in this house. Cookies available in the lobby each afternoon and excellent service. Furniture was new and lovely, food was amazing, the pool was little to warm too and everyone was commenting on.

  Nice location, great hotel and the staff at Gus' Grille was friendly and prompt in serving us. The room was very clean and food was hot. The pool was warm.

  The pool area was large and comfortable, this hotel was luxury. Service personnel were very accomodating, the room was very nice and staff were very helpful and the restaurants were excellent.

  Beautiful property, great price, and plenty to do in the area, cleaN and pretty hotel wiith nice size pool. Staff is excellent, room service is also pretty good.

  Best view was of a stingray, the hotel was clean and has just undergone a rennovation, service was great and the bartender was friendly. Our rooms were fine, food was good and the pool was also really nice.
