  Beautiful grounds and the beach is nice, also, the nearby spa is great too. Stuff is friendly and staff is very kind. Quiet and efficient air conditioning, the gardens are wonderful and the breakfasts surpassed expectations.

  The warungs on the beach serve good and cheap food, the location is nice since on Jimbaran bay. The hotel dont't have free shuttle to the airport and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, lovely cold drink at reception.

  The beach itself is nice, very big and plenty of space for everyone, a good international hotel off kuta. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. The restaurant is adequate.

  The seafood on the beach is something to experience and is just mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, the grounds and garden are absolutely beautiful, and the hotel rooms are comfortable. Reception staff is enough friendly and huge breakfasts and especially enjoyed the omlettes and spring rolls. The pool is very good.

  Great location on the beach and better in Bali. Traditional Balinese style by the sea, excellent service and my room was always very clean. Food was very good too, the pool was fantastic.

  The location at the beach and close to the famous warungs was incredible, the hotel entrance and lobby were magnificent, the staff were friendly and polite. Our room was great, roomy without being overly big, the breakfast was included was great.

  Free wifi only available in the lobby, beautiful hotel and clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The room is very simple and dark, the breakfast has a wide variety catering for all cuisines.

  Great value for money, staff were excellent and the rooms at Keraton were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was substantial and consistently good, the gardens were lovely.

  Overall very pleasant stay, great Service and shower room available for late departures. Breakfast excellent and perfect Jimbaran choice. Entitled us to free cocktails and beautiful Gardens.

  The beach is clean and waves are fairly calm, bar prices are expensive.

  This hotel has direct access onto the beach and the bath room is generous in size too.

  The food never came, and we left to catch our plane hungry, the spa is way too expensive.

  The hotel room was very nice and service was quick and efficient. The bathroom was a reasonable size and contained a large shower, actually the entire spa facility was really beautiful.

  Nice staff and good rooms, excellent buffet breakfast beachfront restaurant. Awesome massages by the pool.
