Kenzi Semiramis Hotel Marrakech - 马拉喀什

The hotel is situated on a rather quiet location, so we woke up every morning with a birds choir, in stead of traffic noise, which you will encounter in the centre of town.

Just aquick note do not pay more than 100 Dh for the taxi to hotel from the airport - haggle and they soon give in.

Free transport to the airport and the swimming pool is the best thing in this hotel.

Concerns raised by other reviewers are all true, the vents in the bathrooms bring a wiff of the sewers to the bedrooms, the staff are surly and seem to have no interest in British guests, the rooms were not properly cleaned.

We were tired a really just wanted to rest, so we went back to the lobby and asked for another room WITH a king size bed and a better view.

We asked for a room with a king sized bed and was told that was not a problem.

We booked 5 bedrooms , only one had air conditioning that cooled the room enough to sleep.

Upon moving rooms we found that there was no water to our bath or sink.

The buffet breakfast was good and food was abundant and varied.

Breakfast was fine, lunch nearly the same every day and also very similar to dinner.

The food was acceptable (although not very varied) and we enjoyed breakfasts which were served overlooking the pool (before the entertainment music started).

La Strada restaurant food is expensive and very poor quality.

If you went there non organised, don't worry; the hotel staff have plenty of contacts and can organise tours, visits and restaurants in the blink of an eye.

The Hotel,Staff,Rooms,food and service were 100% as far as we were concerned.

We found the the reception staff quite unfriendly, some of the restaurant staff on the other hand were very friendly.

The reception staff at the hotel were unfriendly and unhelpful to anyone who did not speak fluent French.

The Reception Desk staff were extremely rude and at one point,(even though we were speaking in French to them, asking to rent the room safe) we were told to "kindly remove yourselves to over there" whilst they dealt with a French family instead.

The only drawback being the swimming pool not open for night activities!

The swimming pool was very satisfying with a 2.

The pool area is very nice and we didnt like the hotel.

Our rooms were very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming.
