  Great big bathroom, good food selection and ideal facilities especially suited for children.

  The hotel staff were awful and the service got worse.

  Room was lovely and food was good throughout.

  Reception staff at check in were a bit chaotic and the entertainment at the pool was too loud and intrusive for the majority of guests.

  The facilities at the hotel was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and food was really good and varied. The heated pool was an added bonus.

  The entire place was very clean and well maintained, the staff were nice, the bedroom was lovely and cleaned everyday. The food was good, the larger pool had 3 slides that were surprisingly quick.

  The hotel had just opened a month ago and even there were guests was quite, the staff on the whole were lovely. The room was decent and the food was supberb and a very good selection.

  All in all at all inclusive at £99 a night for 2 persons 's good value, staff very friendly and the rooms were great and clean. Food was very nice, the pool was heated to 28c was lovely and important to us in winter holidays.

  Lovely hotel and the staff gentle. Fresh bottles of water and good food. The waiter comes round and nice facilities.

  Taxis expensive, also the hygiene in the snack pool area could have been better.

  Very helpfull and supportive staff, rooms well designed and overall good variety of food. Fresh fruit and in the evening just before or after dinner. Two fantastic outdoor pools.

  Efficient and tidy hospitality staff, cool rooms. High deficiency of food hygiene and wine v good. Fresh fruit etc. plenty of locally produced alcohol, perfect pools.

  Awful for a 5* hotel expected service and the bar glassware was filthy.

  Staff very efficient & friendly, good spacious rooms and excellent selection of food for every appetite. Lunch and dinner as well as endless drinks, great swimming pools.

  Very slow evening bar service, instead of just French and some of the receptionist very rude and unprofessional.
