  All in all, good hotel and good location for the time spent in, staff were friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels/coffee etc supplied.

  Location is great from to explore London and this hotel is excellent value. The bathroom is nice.

  The staff were all very friendly and the location was excellent, the room decor was elegant, other than the minor 2 plus points, really nothing nice can be said about this Kensington Town House. The reception was polite and helpful, the bathroom was good.

  Location is near to subway station, good hotel close to underground and rest of London, all rooms on 5th floor have no elevator service and 409 as well.

  Easy walking distance from Earls Court Exhibition Centres and the best of the hotel is the location.

  Rooms are too small and also, the kitchen has limited working hours might prove inconvinient for some.

  Good location and pleasant Hotel Staff. Fantastic price, poor service and the most important thing for a traveller, free internet. Great breakfast.
