  Again, the staff were very polite, rooms were spacious and the breakfast buffet at Kranzler Restaurant had big choice of international.

  Very good pianist in the bar, too, rooms very spacious and the Kempi Deli makes great sandwiches and fresh juice. Excellent choice in Beijing and very competent Chinese staff.

  Good location for Beijing and tiananmen Square. Experienced a similar style, friendly professional service and concierge was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great. Spa was delightful.

  The pool is located on the 18th floor as is the gym has nice city views and the hotel is very near to the subway. The service is excellent, the concierge are helpful and the rooms are very clean and spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is very good.

  Quiet and clean hotel room, good yumcha/dim sum. Beautiful lobby and great services. Furniture looks a little tired and delightful pianist in the bar.

  Excellent place in Beijing, good staff and very helpful and friendly employees. Room service also great choice and wonderful breakfast. The gym is also very well equipped.

  Hi in my opinion the hotel is a bit expensive and service is professional and almost everybody manages a few words in English. Excellent facilities bedrooms need updating and breakfast is good.
