Kempinski Hotel Amman - 安曼

The location is wonderful very close to most restaurants, you can reach many places very soon and the room is spacious.

Excellent staff, in a great location for any type of visit to Amman.

The location is the best in town; take it from a frequent traveler to Jordan that has stayed in all of the Amman luxury hotels.

The hotel service did not start off on the right foot as the car I had asked to meet us at the airport (and confirmed by them by e mail) had not been organised and we had to make our own arrangements!

To access town, you need a taxi from here, although I'd recommend not using the taxis that are waiting in the hotel-parking (you can ask Concierge to call them).

The staff were very friendly, the bed was very clean.

4 nights, the rooms are nice and new, service is very good and location as well, we had a meeting in a meeting room that equipped with all equipments needed.

Newly designed rooms, totally amazing breakfasts.

On our arrival we discovered the room safe was not working, and also that the hotel did not provide any complementary drinking water.

Also the staff are great, bathroom are not very spacious.

We did not get breakfast as we had an early flight so cannot comment on that but the food in the Italian restaurant was I would say pretty average.

However we found the service to be lacking - very disinterested staff and the Cuban restaurant and bar was closed on the night we stayed (Saturday night) with no explantation why.

I did not eat any other food in the hotel, but there are several restaurants.

Our room was amazing, the food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent.

Each restaurant has a varied menu and good food.

The hotel staff were all extremely friendly, from the security personnel at the doors to the check-in and concierge staff and to the room service!

The staff is world class with everyone from the front desk to the sales staff to housekeeping and wait staff anticipating your every need and reacting positively to each and every request.

Good central location, the staff at the hotel were friendly and service at the swimming pool was verry poor.

The waiting staff suffered from the same traits as most waiters in Amman - more interested in talking to each other or their friends than serving.

The location is great, taxis are easily available Car parking space is limited and the hotel lobby is nice.

A couple of minor gripes - firstly the gym isn't finished yet and secondly most days housekeeping didn't get round to cleaning my room til after 4pm.

The staff-member on hand at the gym/sauna section was a very helpful and courteous character.

Rooms are fairly standard in size and appointment, but very clean and quiet.

As a Business traveler was an excellent experience matched my 5 hotels criteria's and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The hotel is modern, the rooms, well equipped spacious and clean.

The bathroom was big, immaculately clean with everything working as you would expect.

The rooms are clean and spacious with excellent showers, the buffet breakfast is also good with a mixture of middle eastern and western options and the pool is absolutely lovely.
