The rooms are clean and with a balcony and I loved the bath tube.
We didn't like: the fact that they let young children into the spa (although the parents luckily understood that a relaxation bath in a spa is not meant for children and left after a while), the fact that they were slightly understaffed at breakfast room and should work on that.
The toilets are immaculate, everything is high class from soap to hand towels.
From the moment we entered it was clear there were teething problems not least that the bedrooms were like a furnace and it was impossible to turn the heat down.
Additionally positive: really big rooms, a Pool bar is available that serves nice coctails.
The bar and lobby area are great of having a cocktail / drink and overlook the Sea.
A better coffee at the hotel's bar and friendly staff.
A better hotel restaurant, whilst the majority of staff were friendly and helpful.
If you're into spas and good food, this is it.
Service is immpecable, from waiters to hotel staff to room service.
Reception desk stuff very kind and helpfull, all spa staff was professional, excellent breakfast layout of buffet meant.
