      The location is just perfect, hotel staff are friendly and incredible value for money and top service. The rooms and the grounds of the villas are always spotlessly clean, eat/drink there and use of the pool is complimentary. And the spa also is great.

      Free car service to beach and good location. Very comfortable to stay and the staff were extremely friendly and made a first class effort to make you feel at home. Front desk and the drivers were excellent, rooms were really modern. Food was great each morning by the pool, the little garden everthing was fantastic.

      The spa across the road was lovely cant remember the name and surroundings were very well maintained and beautiful. Our stay at the kayana was quiet, staff were fantastic and the room was nice and clean. The breakfasts were good and the pool villa was excellent.

      Location is central to semyniak shoppings, hotel staff are friendly and the wonderful butler service is always just a call away. Rooms are well appointed and modern, the breakfast and tea are good. The pools/plunge pools are great.

      The location is great as close to good restaurants, most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in and staff could not be more helpful, friendly. The rooms are really tidy and smell fresh, loved the breakfast at our private pool side patio.

      Location is good and the hotel is very clean and the service is second to none. The staff is exceptional, breakfast was amazing and the landscaping is just impressive, pool the little patio close to the pool.

      Great location and beautiful place. Worth the price in seminyak, helpful staff and not overlooked at all and the bathroom was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was good and generous, the pool was a nice size and the perfect temperature.

      The hotel is superb and the staff at the villas is very courteous and hospitable. Pool is lovely and cleaned daily.

      The villa decoration and atmosphere were beautiful and somewhat romantic, staff were amazing. The bedroom was lovely and service was warm and friendly espically at the restaurant at the breakfast. Pool villa was extremely nice.
