  Nice view over the river from small balcony, beautiful setting and all of the staff were amazing that we spoke to. Room service was great too.

  The location was good and the view great, our stay at the Kawarau Hotel was awesome. The service was wonderful, liked the room the gar ageing and the fact that our anniversary was acknowledged, restraurant available served excellent food and the staff were efficient and helpful.

  Good money for value, friendly staff and we liked the daily room service. All served delicious food, great facilities.

  High cost for broadband due to site is not well signed to find road turnoff and the water taxi is quite expensive. Mee noodel house is just fantatsic has limited hours.

  Value and luxury for money, staff very helpful. Very comfortable rooms and facilities, fresh baked bread.

  A long way from shops and town, low prices, the computer wasn't clear that we had prepaid.

  Price is more expensive than other hotels, staff are very friendly and helpful, bed super comfy, rooms have dvd players and a ipod dock. The Asian restaurant on the complex is also good.

  Its private location and the ability to walk along the lake front from the hotel, staff are not particularly welcoming or genuinely warm, the rooms are sparkling clean.
