Thanks a lot all for a fantastic stay for 1 night. Our room was gorgeous and exceptional with open air bath. Everyone was really kind and very good. Had fresh dishes in a top-notch restaurant.

Practical, new-fashioned unit with heater as well as a view of Mt Fuji. Unbeatable and magnificent location right by a supermarket, restaurants and the bridge, only 5 minutes walk from Oike Park.

Enjoyed its genuinely helpful and exceptionally attentive staff.

Had quiet location to everywhere around the lake, close to Tsutsuguchi Shrine. The food in the dining room was savoury.

the location was quiet and absolutely perfect and the staff members were top-class. had very good sized and well-equipped room with separate bathroom and a safe, central heating, and a work desk.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious - lots of dishes. The room was huge and big size with the private garden and separate comfortable bedroom, as for instance and safety measures included smoke detectors.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious with all the Japanese delicacies and minimal seafood, for example, had everything you could want. I thoroughly enjoyed particularly good and unbeatable location, just next door to convenience stores, restaurants, Lake Kawaguchi, top Japanese restaurants, and the supposed nature.

Absolutely stunning and relaxing place, we did not want to leave.

Il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile rende il soggiorno ancor più piacevole. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e molto valida. Inoltre, la posizione del hotel è ottima, essendo situato in una zona tranquilla vicino al centro della città. È comodissima per chi ama sciare, in quanto si trova a soli 3 minuti di auto dalla risalita per il comprensorio sciistico.

It's a peaceful and relaxing hotel with good services for travelling to Fujikawaguchiko. The rooms are unique and stylish and have particularly nice views of Kawaguchiko lake nor Mt Fuji.

Would recommend this simply stunning hotel in a favourable location close to a bus stop. The rooms are practical and unique, have feather pillows.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the stunning views of Mount Fuji and the relaxing onsen experience. We were mesmerized by the beauty of the mountain, especially when we saw it from the hotel's dining window. It was truly breathtaking. The onsen was so soothing and private, with high wooden walls that provided a sense of tranquility. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy some quality time together.

The worst aspects of our stay were the limited breakfast options and uncomfortable beds. We were not morning people and were disappointed that we couldn't have a later breakfast or even skip it if we wanted to.
