The location was marvellous and stunning - just 5 minutes' walk from Hat Kata Noi Beach. The breakfast was the best and very very good with cooked veggies and jams, as example and the restaurant food was reasonably priced.

Wonderful small property with good staff who happily gave us more drinking water upon request. Bright units for older kids. Local area, secluded location near to the most beautiful beach that even rivals Australian beaches and one of the local shopping centres. Again, not far from Big Buddha Phuket.

Had incredible stay for our 3rd visit. We ate at a pleasant restaurant with very friendly staff and delicious food. Secluded location of this small hotel was a bonus.

The hotel was clean, there were good staff and very very good breakfasts. The room was big and with coffee/tea making equipment, a seating area, and a work desk at your disposal, glorious view. The venue had a stunning location within walking distance of Hat Kata Noi Beach. The service was exceptional during my stay.

This was an incredible stay for 10 nights. The breakfast was the best and very good, with a lot of meals. The location was magnificent and awesome, very close to markets, the beach and all the pools and Kata Thani for over 20 years. Plus, it was approx 15 mins walk from Kata Beach.

I greatly enjoyed affordable restaurant. The room was bright and huge with a shower, hair dryers, and robes in the separate bathroom. The location was great and stunning and I could use free parking on site.

It made our trip to Kata Beach a restful experience. Its location was secluded, right next to Sea Fun Divers. The restaurant here was nice which was great for lunch.

The breakfast was the best and gorgeous and the place was fairly clean. The deluxe twin room was spacious with twin beds.

I have stayed in the deluxe queen room with toxic views. The location is secluded. The restaurant is pleasant with good food.

The hotel's location was marvellous and stunning on the island of Phuket. I had the suite which was big and huge with seaview. The pool was good and I had good drinks in the beach bar.

I had reasonably priced room in a twin bedroom. Also, location was unbelievable and super, just a short walk away from Ban Kata Khiri. The service was nice with parking on-site.

Beachfront location very close to shops, restaurants and taxis, the main city centre of Kata and private beach, it was in a particularly good area. The food was good, reasonably priced.
