The hotel is well-decorated and the onsen was amazing - spacious and well-lit. The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, being kind and helpful. the location of the hotel was great, providing easy access to the city.
Our room was not up to par with our expectations. We received the worst room in the hotel, with a view facing the car park instead of the sea.

The hotel looked grand and posh. The onsen was great; it was bright and had enough space for everyone. The staff were kind and willing to help with anything.
My room was really terrible. It was dark and old, and failed to offer any decent view, which was a bummer.
