Thoroughly enjoyed its outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff.

It was an elegant building, the rooms were nicely decorated. The location was absolutely perfect, by lake, and the bed extremely comfy.

We had a real good stay in the old town of Ioannina.

Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from a shopping mall was perfect and magnificent.

Highly recommended for one night. The breakfast was exceptionally good and plentiful with sweet continental style offerings, great service. The budget double room we stayed in was beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The location was magnificent for walking around Ioannina Castle.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and airy and the breakfast is plentiful! Central location really close to the historical centrum, the old town center and restaurants and area sights to visit, and restaurants and bars are walking distance to the hotel. Also, it's close to Ioannina Castle.

The location was marvellous, just off the centre of the old town behind the historical fortification walls, Epirus and the city center with access to restaurants. The garden had delicious meals.

The location turned out to be marvellous, close enough to the center of Activity, lake, old fort and town centre, and the tourist destinations of Ioanina. Found Spuntino 10 minutes walk from the hotel, dined there.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. its location within the citadel was absolutely stunning. The hotel is situated just by the entrance to the Inner Citadel, offering a unique and picturesque setting. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds that provided a great night's sleep.

All aspects of this hotel were top-notch, nothing to improve.

A small hotel within the old castle walls - castle hill with the old mosques is only a stone's throw away. Rooms are on the upper floor, and have been renovated recently. Free Wireless Internet. The Hotel is a family business. They run the hotel with an eye for detail and were incredibly helpful - thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We found it to be a perfect starting point for exploring town and surroundings.

breakfast was advertised as gourmet. one slice of ham 2 slices of rubber cheese packet orange juice packet jam honey very average. on arrival not even a cold drink offered

The units are nice looking and great-sized with a very comfortable bed.
