The food was nice - a wide range of options. Overall it was decent sized with nice firm bed. The location was incredible, near the nature, the lake in the late evening, and an exclusive residential area on Lake Lucerne.

Loved the place, had a real good stay for three nights. The location was beautiful and magnificent for exploring this pretty quiet area, not far from boats crossing the lake make a stop and the shore of Lucerne lake. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the hotel.

I always choose this place in Lucerne. The hotel has spotless and modest rooms, complete with a nice balcony and a firm bed. It's in a great and gorgeous location near the city center by bus, in a residential area, and close to Lucerne for sightseeing or meals. Excellent dishes can be found in the outdoor restaurant.

Everything was very good, including incredibly kind and pleasant staff in particular with an arrogant attitude from one male receptionist.

The rooms with nice firm bed. All in all great location, just next door to a suburb of Lucerne and the centre of town. Also, easy to reach from Lucerne train station. Excellent meal at outdoor restaurant😀

We truly enjoyed the queen room which was impeccably clean and modest with the most beautiful views. The breakfasts were very very good with tea or coffee, cheeses and a quick coffee.

The room was well-equipped and well decorated, had a nice bed. The room also had a mini bar, a safe and multi-channel television.

The room had a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. It was always kept spotless and the fridge was replenished daily. The location was convenient with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to explore the town center. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

The view from the terrace and the lakeside rooms is absolutely stunning, and if you get a mountain view on on of the top floors (like I did), the view is also very good (Mount Pilatus and some beautiful trees). The bus stop and the boat pier are right in front of the hotel, and a bus trip to downtown Luzern only takes about 15 minutes. The rooms we got were spacious and clean, and the food at the restaurant was pretty good, although fairly expensive. Unlike in many other places in Europe, parking spaces in front of the hotel are wide enough to accommodate even large SUVs. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
