  The location awesome, great walks and quiet and natural beauty of the countryside. I loved our stay and breakfast was continental style and also good. The staff were helpful, other than the shower the rooms were pleasant and the laundry/ washroom / kitchen bench space was very big and empty. The food was amazing.

  Lovely veranda overlooking the lake and beautiful forest location. Great place to stay and friendly staff. The shower was barely adequate, very relaxing and the food was excellent.

  The towels were very worn and we found that a few more were needed, the wine was not we ordered.

  The rooms over the lake and the surrounds were beautiful, the location was excellent. The best thing about our stay was that seemed like we truly were alone and staff were pleasant. The beds were also well made and the linen very clean and comfortable, the restaurant was beautiful, just like the rest of the resort, the facilities in the chalet were good.

  The lake is heavenly to walk off the big buffet breakfast too and area is beautiful. Delightful stay thank you and low cost hire of water equipment. Food can be better.

  Karri valley is a 3 star on a good day and the location is fantastic and the activities on offer are brilliant. The setting by the lakeside and the great walks and bird life, staff are helpful and friendly, the room had a nice modern design and is very comfortable. Food even we live less than 90 minutes away.

  The location was beautiful and the bed linen was lovely and soft as was very good quality. The staff were really helpful, we booked a room at this establishment for two days and paid for our accommodation, dinner at the restaurant was charming.

  Perfect location and surroundings, the peaceful setting, the chef and staff were very accomodating about making suitable alterations. The room was great and dinner in the restaurant was really good.

  The location beautiful scenery and very relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was well furnished, clean and comfortable, the restaurant was very good too.

  The location was beautiful plenty to do in surrounding areas and the food was very well priced for the quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms had good privacy and was comfortably appointed, the restaurant was moderately priced and our meal there was very nice.

  Lovely water views/aspect, beautiful setting and also the staff were very helpful and friendly. The 3 bedroom chalet was newly renovated and clean, the breakfast was great too.

  The view across the lake from our balcony was beautiful especially in the morning and the rooms were rather cosy and the place comfortable. Staff were great and very helpful, the buffet breakfast was great, the dinner we had in the restaurant wasn't bad either.

  The accommodation was very tired and the pillows were also very old.

  Great location and lovely setting. Friendly staff and excellent accommodation. Dined on magnificent food.

  Not worth the price and old kitchen appliances. The menu seemed limited.

  The beautiful surroundings and hotel staff excellent. Our room on the lakeside clean enough was shabby and breakfast was good, kids liked the hash browns especially.
