Great beach location and helpful service. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was enjoyable with a mix of Japanese and Western options. The fish soup was a favorite! Our kids loved the pool area, even though it was not yet heated in spring. The hotel has both Western and traditional Japanese rooms, and we found ours comfortable. The onsen and communal bath were also quite nice.
The hotel is very outdated and needs a renovation. Our room smelled of smoke and as non-smokers, it was unacceptable.

The hotel is situated right on the 4 km long "Nijinomatsubara" beach, backed by a pine forest planted about 350 years ago. The rooms offer an amazing panoramic view. Breakfast has a generous buffet spread at Gepparou, giving the feeling of being right on the beach despite being indoors. The hotel has a souvenir shop with an amazing local snack selection.
Service could be improved with more staff members fluent in English.

I couldn't believe how close I was to the stunning 4 km long "Nijinomatsubara" beach, with a beautiful pine forest in the background. It was such a treat to be able to enjoy the beach right from the comfort of the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with its breathtaking ocean view and prime location right next to a 4 km long beach backed by a beautiful pine forest planted almost 350 years ago. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were outstanding with a fantastic spa that included various pools, saunas, and a gym. The breakfast was delicious with a vast selection, and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
Nothing all good.

Enjoyed beach view at breakfast buffet, fresh and delicious local fish at breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful with calling taxis. The room was spacious and had a Japanese bath available as well as Western-style shower.
The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, particularly on higher floors, and the furnishings were slightly outdated. The hotel also charged extra for some amenities like access to the yakiniku restaurant and aqua relaxation spa.
