I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel in Koh Samui! the value for money was unbeatable. I couldn't believe the price I paid for a room with a big, comfortable bed, air conditioning, and even a balcony. The owners of the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. They even provided free transportation from and to the pier, which I've never experienced in any other hotel at this price point. The staff members were always smiling and their sincerity was heartwarming. Additionally, the location was perfect, with just a short 10-minute walk to one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches on the island. the attention to detail and the level of service at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

No improvements necessary, everything was perfect.

The room was well-equipped with a balcony, had essentials required. There were an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a personal safe provided. The location was quiet, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Maenam Beach...

We had a minor inconvenience with the leaking toilet but the staff at Kanlaya Park quickly fixed it with a polite and prompt response. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, with nearby shops and restaurants. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

One downside is that the wifi could be faster.

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to retrieve my lost purse from a taxi. Big, clean, comfy rooms with a nice outdoor porch. Within walking distance to restaurants and Mae Nam beach. The owners were kind and attentive. The big mirror and kitchen area were convenient. Bathroom had a separate shower area. Superb balcony with a nice view. Manager helped with transportation to the full moon party and other piers.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and booked our ferry ride. The hotel was clean and had nice facilities. Its location was close to the beach and Maenam pier.

We stayed at Kanlaya Park for one night before catching a ferry at the pier. The lovely, clean room was a good size and very comfortable. We liked the separation between the bedroom, kitchenette , and bathroom. The spacious balcony was perfect for relaxing and reading. The friendly, hardworking manager couple provided great service, and the shower and wifi were excellent. Daily room cleaning, necessary amenities, and a big fridge made our stay convenient. The beach, a short walk away, was calm and beautiful, not crowded.

We had a pleasant stay at Kanlaya Park. The managers and staff were very helpful and hospitable. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make us feel comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the morning market, evening market, and the beach. We also appreciated the kind gesture of the managers helping our mom settle into the "private sector" and returning our forgotten belongings. we would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with a big refrigerator, which was perfect for storing my refreshments. The location was very close to the beautiful sea beach, and it was a great spot for a morning walk. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

The WiFi connection was weak and slow, making it difficult to check my emails. There were ants in the room, which was not great for an allergic person like me.
