Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Really enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and close to some amazing sites to visit. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the pool was a great place to relax and cool off in the heat!
The room we stayed in was a bit noisy and not very well cleaned. There was some noise from outside and the air conditioning was quite loud too.

My xmas experience at this hotel was great! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the town center and the railway station. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious with plenty of variety at a reasonable price. One particular advantage was the F&B Manager who was always attentive and had great recommendations for us.
The rooms could use some updating, especially the bathrooms. The AC was quite loud and made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
