I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The staff here are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were always available to answer any questions and provide helpful recommendations. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location may be a bit difficult to reach by frequent public transport, but the hotel offers on-site car parking facilities for convenience.

Farmers Kitchen Celery, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Easy access to Komatsu airport, which was about 30 minutes' drive away. There was a free Wi Fi. Welcome base for vacation in Kanazawa...

Not obvious to find.

The food was exceptional! I loved the variety of organic vegetables and options for healthy dishes. The staff were friendly and quick to help, including when I needed assistance sending a postcard. the comfortable and clean room had a surprising extra amenity with a washing machine available for use. It was definitely a useful perk during my stay.

While the location was convenient for my Mount Hakusan-area sightseeing, the hotel lacked expected amenities like a gym. I was also disappointed to find that the pool was not usable and there were no available deckchairs.

Great hotel located near Mount Hakusan area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean, and had a convenient washing machine in the bathroom. We were able to enjoy a lot of organic vegetables in the restaurant, including a delicious, not too salty miso soup and curry sauce. The variety of vending machines in the hotel was also a plus.

The hotel was far from perfect, however. We were disappointed to find that the pool could not be used, which was a bummer since there were no deckchairs available anyway.
