  Friendly staff, well equipped room and delicious breakfast for us prior to the kitchen opening for the day. The food excellent.

  Nasty hotel from toiletland, the lobby has an old world charm to.

  The location is excellent and for the price you can get better quality elsewhere. The rooms are typical historic style rooms and the staff is always friendly and efficient. The restaurants are very nice also and the rooftop pool is very 70s cool.

  The room had a wonderful view of a little park across the street at the methodist hospital, each stay was clean, comfortable and welcome, the staff at the Kahler was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was good and convenient.

  The staff were very welcoming and informed me very well of the local shops, all of the hotel employees were very friently and helpful, the beds were super soft and brand new curtains and bed spreads. The food from the grand grill and the lord essex was wonderful.

  Location is the only good thing going for this hotel and the staff is very friendly, helpful and accomodating.

  The room had a stale smell to and the toilet would not flush, pool *not* handicap accessible.

  Grand historic hotel that keeps giving, warm, attentive service and my room was wonderful, I had a large, outside facing room, was BEAUTIFUL. The morning breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
