The location of the hotel, near the Basmane station in the center of the city, allows for easy exploration of Izmir. The location very good close to Basmane Station and ticket offices of bus companies. Hotel itself in an old building but small renovations done. Free WiFi in the rooms, too. I did not expect staff to speak English and they don't! Breakfast is a Turkish hotel breakfast, so don't wait too much there either. Good value for the money. Not luxury.

Staff very helpful,car parking tricky outside but left it there and the staff took care of it.Rooms very nice,good shower and fridge in room.Good central location near lots of restaurants and shopping and also not to far to the seafront.Would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city as it was close to public transportation and key attractions. The room design was also nice and aesthetically pleasing.
Our stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The staff barely spoke any other languages except for their native language, which made communication a struggle.

Very good position , in center (but the room was very silent) , we really appreciate the boiler with some tea in the room ! the room was old but clean . the breakfast was good too. *La posizione è molto buona , è centrale (ma la camera è molto silenziosa), noi abbiamo veramente apprezzato il bollitore e il cestino dei vari tè che c'era nella camera. Anche la colazione era buona .
The staff don't speak english or other language . moquette is not very clean . *lo staff non parla nè inglese nè nessun'altra lingua . moquette non è molto pulito .

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the metro, bus stops, and train station, making it easy to explore this city. The early breakfast service was a big plus, allowing me to fuel up before starting my day. The nice room design added a touch of comfort to my stay.
Nothing to complain about at all.
