Overall the room is new-fashioned, updated and includes a dining area, a couch, and it's own balcony. It has OUTSTANDINGly accommodating and super friendly personnel in all areas. Also, the location is good, minutes from Kaanapali Shores Place. You could walk to a market and gift stores.

The breakfast was delicious, had a huge variety of options and the food was great. The room of place was reasonably large with ac.

The whole experience was really nice. The room was wonderfully appointed and huge with new appliances as well as king size bed. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly and provided great services. Meals were appetising, and there was Inu Pool Bar near the hotel.

The hotel was big size and facilities were clean, it had particularly good and stunning location near to Kaanapali Beach Club. The staff were best and excellent all the time. Outstanding service was provided here:)))

The value for money at the hotel was impressive, with spacious and comfortable condo-style suites that exceeded expectations. The location was ideal, with beautiful beach areas nearby and stunning 24/7 views of Lanai & Molokai from the pools and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the free WiFi and parking were great perks.

Breakfast choices could be improved with a wider menu selection.

My husband and I completely loved this Hotel. It has a great swimming pool and amenities, the rooms are beautiful decorated and the staff are fantastic and always ready to help with the booking of any leisure activities and very helpful with suggestions of things to do. They are truly professional and approachable and nothing is too much for them to help you enjoy your stay. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and would love to make a return visit.

The grounds and water features with lots of koi fish are beautiful as well as the open center of the resort. The staff are friendly and maintenance responded quickly to requests for service. Located close to shopping and sight seeing and most if not all companies will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel/resort.

I did not like that a large resort holding at least 400 + or - 100 people only has one hot tub that holds maybe 8 adults at a time. I did not like that the pool slide was closed or that they charged $16.00 per day to park your car there. I really did not like the picture on your web site depicting a huge pool with an island in the middle when in reality, there is no island in the middle and only about 2/3 of the pool surface shown in the picture is there.

Really cute and perfect accommodation with amiable staff in all areas. Amazing building and rooms with ac. The pool area is excellent too. Late check-out. A nice restaurant for breakfast.

I loved the spacious rooms and the beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly. The onsite bar and grill as well as the breakfast buffet were reasonably priced. The hotel is conveniently located near great areas in Lahaina and further down Ka'anapali beach. There is also a small grocery store right across the street for any needs.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room we had was well-appointed and complete with AC, mini kitchen, a microwave.

I am a flight attendant I been lived in a lot 5star hotels but thIs beach club is really out of my expectation it is really cool,staff is very very friendly and the hotel room is big the bathroom is huge and I like the design of the room it is very comfortable. The kitchen got everything that we could enjoy cooking dinner and wine every night. A supermarket is just next-door it is until 2am super happy abt that! Lahaina downtown is just 10mins drive it is a cute little town!my boyfd and I hv a nice feeling abt this beach club and hope to get back soon

The location of this hotel is great. It is right across the street from a small grocery store, making it convenient to grab any necessities. Additionally, it is located in the center of town where it can get a bit crowded but is also near great areas to explore.

The hotel could use some updates as it feels a bit outdated and less luxurious compared to other resorts in the area.
