Comfortable location for our visit to a two-story open air shopping center at a moderate distance from the hotel. Set in a very nice area short walk to the restaurant as well as supermarket. Very good breakfast with a lot of outstanding foods.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, light, and clean, with contemporary decor. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and exercise facilities, were well maintained and easily accessible. The hotel staff were exceptional, with impeccable manners and efficiency. They responded quickly to any request we had and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily walk to many attractions and there were economic stores just around the corner.

I travel all over the world and this hotel has it's finger on he pulse of ultra modern, slick, high tech and very convenient...service is like you are royalty and the location is amazing with stunning breathtaking views... Highly recommend this hotel...did a research on how the owner of hotel j w marriot started out and it all began him and his wife selling root beer in a small cafe...SUCH A great inspiring american success story...

Ac in room is too loud but everything else AMAZING..we just kept the ac on all day so when we got home it was super cold and then at night turned it off so we could sleep...

I had a great stay at a hotel near the cruise port. The location was perfect, as it was in the Brickell area and close to many attractions. The room was comfortable, with a great view of the city. The service was exceptional, with one manager going above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Additionally, the breakfast at the little restaurant was delicious, and the pool and game room were great facilities to enjoy.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide free WiFi like most other hotels, even lower-rated ones.

The room had amazing views of the pool, and it was so convenient because the Bayside marketplace was just 1 km away and easily accessible.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and overall interior was impeccable. The staff at this hotel were top-notch, providing impeccable service and responding quickly to any request I had. Not only did they go above and beyond to make up for a disappointing tour experience, but they also provided complimentary tours, a free grand breakfast, and a late check-out. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to Bayside where there are plenty of shopping and dining options. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located minutes away from the cruise port. Lastly, the transportation options were great, with easy access to taxis and Uber rides to navigate the busy city streets.

Excellent service, we had exceptional stay.

Stayed here for celebrating birthday, no complaints. Our room was nicely decorated with incredible views as well as a large desk. The check-in was early, we liked cigar bar. Fabulous restaurant provided Mediterranean dishes.

Fantastic location at a medium distance from a two-story open air shopping center. Rooms were huge and bed was extremely comfy, staff were excellent.
