The venue is spacious and fairly clean with a reasonable value and very good and kind staff. The location is marvellous and unbeatable, 5 minutes' walk to a Pakuwon mall. And it's based in a busy area right by the biggest mall in Surabaya and JW MARRIOTT IN SURABAYA and Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza.

The staff here was super helpful and always on top of things, giving off a chill vibe. The spot is just awesome, not too close to Pointed Bamboo Monument yet not too far either. Plus, it's situated in a really nice part of the city 😊.

The staff at JW Marriott Surabaya are incredibly helpful, informative, and cheerful. They always have smiles on their faces and go above and beyond to assist guests. The level of kindness and professionalism from the staff is exceptional. Money cannot buy the level of service and attitude that the staff provide. Kudos to the trainer for such a well-trained team. It truly feels like a home away from home.

The rooms are brand-new and good-sized. The beds are very comfy, the breakfast is delicious. It has good location in Surabaya right by the tunjungan plaza, all the staff reception, restaurant, housekeeping and concierge, and downtown of Surabaya. Tegalsari district deserves to be explored.

Best aspect: We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The room was spotless and the hotel facilities were fantastic. We were able to park our car easily and there was reliable transportation available. This hotel is close to everything and is situated near the centre of entertainment. The breakfast buffet was a feast, and we enjoyed the kindness and friendliness of the staff.

Not obvious to find that crowded restaurant amidst this city's weekend crowd.
